As part of the IAM team, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of secure and scalable solution for Identity and authorization. You will gain hands-on experience with modern authentication and authorization protocols, identity lifecycle management, and cloud-native identity services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and interface with global team members and business teams across time zones
• Develop functions and program MCP or other AI related with features or automations for IAM space
• Evaluate and implement vendor specific MCP servers and develop interfaces/MCP clients
• Engage with engineers to design, develop or apply IAM features such as authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO).
• Apply and implement identity protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM) for application and agent workloads.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using terraform and manage code with version control
• Actively participate in innovative conversations around secure tunnelling of access for vault cloud provider environments
• Improve the tools error handling and reporting capabilities
• Write clean, testable, and documented code in languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
• Support testing of identity services and participate in debugging and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, product) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Explore and present innovative ideas for improving security, performance, and user experience in identity systems.
• Assist in daily operations by interacting with end users to troubleshoot identity related issues including checking logs, update user attributes, bulk updates with scripts, etc.
• Assist in daily operations by participating in identity service maintenance including patching servers, implement solution for vulnerability fixes, upgrade servers or installing new services, etc.

Preferred Experience

• Programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• AI oriented programming and working style.
• Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and related technologies
• Ability to write quality code with keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with identity concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, and directory services.
• Passion towards building security around API's and transactional tokens
• Knowledge of cloud environments is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Open LDAP, Red Hat Directory, Sun Directory, Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus

Academic credentials
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field.
