Social Media Community Engagement Manager / Contract / Hybrid / Mountain View, CA

Our client, a leader in providing financial technology software, is hiring a Social Media Community Engagement Manager in Mountain View, CA! This is a Hybrid role; you will be On-Site 3 days a week! *This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays! * In this role, you will support the Consumer Group Communications team, along with two brands of social media channels by posting in relevant media threads and driving word of mouth with positive online interactions. You will be developing brand playbooks for media engagement, and creating a positive representation of the company in the online space. What You Will Be Doing: Actively engage with consumers across key social channels (e.g., Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads) on behalf of the company brands to drive positive word-of-mouth and build positive brand sentiment. Grow company subreddits into active, trusted communities and leverage brand personas to build trust on Reddit. Contribute to the development of brand playbooks for how to show up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experiencein Digital Community Management Experience monitoring online communities usingReddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads Prior experience usingSprinklror similar customer experience management(CXM) platforms Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in related field Prior experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or SaaS #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment
