About the Role: Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. Your ability to clearly explain maintenance needs, build trust, and create a welcoming experienceespecially for Spanish-speaking guestsmakes you a key part of our success.

What You Bring

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent communication with diverse customer base

• Experience in customer service or automotive sales

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (DMS/CDK experience a plus!)

• A positive attitude, team spirit, and professional demeanor

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
