Role Overview: This position involves providing expert nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center, CVOR, including perioperative, PACU, and operating room settings. Key Responsibilities: Delivering direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing patient wellness, and modeling proficiency through precepting. Contributing to safety and quality at the point of care while adhering to evidence-based practices and standards such as AORN and ABPANC. Qualifications & Skills: Valid CO RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1-year experience, and current ACLS and BLS certifications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and commit to continuous learning.
