In this position, you will communicate with prospective and existing customers, explain the purpose of our complimentary in-home water consultations, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified appointments for our representatives. We are looking for individuals who are confident on the telephone, enjoy speaking with people, and can create a positive first impression of our company. Compensation & Benefits * $20.00–$25.00 per hour * Weekly pay * Full-time employment * Benefits package after 90 days * Performance bonuses and incentives * Paid training * Stable, year-round employment * Career advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to incoming customer inquiries * Introduce customers to Modern Home Technologies and our water treatment services * Explain our complimentary in-home water consultation and water testing program * Schedule qualified appointments for company representatives * Confirm customer contact information and appointment details * Ask appropriate qualifying questions according to company guidelines * Confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments * Reschedule appointments when necessary * Follow up with prospective customers who have previously expressed interest * Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions * Enter and update customer information in the company's CRM system * Communicate appointment information to sales representatives and management * Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals * Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all customer interactions * Follow company scripts, procedures, and customer service standards Qualifications Previous appointment-setting, call center, customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales experience is considered an asset but is not required. We are looking for candidates who have: * Excellent verbal communication skills * A clear, professional and confident telephone manner * Strong interpersonal skills * A friendly and positive personality * The ability to engage customers in conversation * Strong listening skills * Good organizational and time-management skills * Basic computer and data-entry skills * The ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation * Strong attention to detail * Dependability and punctuality * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * The ability to work effectively as part of a team Computer Skills Candidates should be comfortable using:

CRM software * Appointment scheduling software * Internet-based applications Previous CRM or call-center software experience is considered an asset. Training will be provided on the systems used by Modern Home Technologies.
