Cath Lab Registered Nurse - Rotating Shifts

Location: Charleston, SC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Rotating 4x10 hour Day Shifts (07:00 - 17:30 & 09:30 - 20:00). All team members rotate shifts weekly, ensuring some consistency in scheduling.

Job Description: The Cath Lab Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures. The role requires expertise in handling diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Circulate procedures and assist in various cardiac catheterizations.
• Monitor and manage procedural sedation for patients.
• Perform electrophysiology procedures as needed.
• Participate in emergency response protocols during critical situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license is required prior to start.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
• Experience with cardiac stent placement and diagnostic catheterizations is preferred.
