Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Detox Job Type: Full‑Time | Night shift Schedule: 3x12; 7p‑to7a; rotating weekend. About the Role As a Detox LPN, under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under RN supervision. Assist with medication administration, monitoring, and documentation. Conduct assessments and facilitate patient recovery support. Qualifications Current Tennessee or compact state LPN license. Graduate of a practical nursing program. Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire; Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 6 months of hire; I.V. competency preferred with intent to obtain within 1 year of hire; Handle With Care (HWC) preferred. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. One‑year prior experience preferred.
