Forefront Healthcare in Billings, MT is seeking an HR Leader to drive people operations within a healthcare environment. You will respond to HR inquiries, support performance management, and guide recruitment, onboarding, and background checks to build a strong team.
You will maintain personnel records, coordinate training, and produce regular HR reports while partnering with payroll, benefits, and other departments to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
