M&R Hotel Management
M&R Hotel Management is seeking a Guest Service Representative to assist guests efficiently and professionally, maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. You will perform tasks including scheduling and ensuring all GSRs deliver top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling mail, learning hotel operations, answering calls, and coordinating with AGM/GM on yield management.
