Job Title: RN - Dialysis Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Acute Dialysis experience including IHD, PD, and CRRT. Description: CONTRACT - RN - DIALYSIS - 13 WEEKS - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. This position involves working 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. There is a call requirement of one shift per week. Candidates will work in a unit with 6 bed multiroom setups and 1-1 bedside care. Patient ratios in multiroom scenarios are 2-1, and 1-1 for bedside care. Staffing for day shift consists of one charge nurse with staffing based on census. For night shifts, there are three rotating staff members. Preferred skills include flexibility and adaptability to different situations. The dress code requires navy scrubs, and specific unacceptable attire is outlined in unit guidelines. There are permanent positions available within the unit. Candidates should be aware that this is a competitive market and any additional skills are advantageous for recruitment.
