Multi-Unit Executive General Manager / Senior Director – Chick-fil-A | West Texas

A premier Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator in the West Texas region is seeking experienced executive leadership to join a growing, excellence-driven organization across two high-volume locations.

We are open to seasoned General Managers, Multi-Unit Managers, and senior restaurant leaders ready to step into an expanded role. If you've built your career leading high-volume restaurants and are ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

This is a rare external opportunity with one of the brand's top-performing operators. You won't just be joining a restaurant — you'll be joining an executive leadership team being built intentionally, with a potential third location on the horizon in the next 2-3 years.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in high-volume restaurant operations, team leadership, and driving results — QSR or fast casual experience strongly preferred
• Multi-unit or senior director level experience preferred
• Current or prior Chick-fil-A experience is a significant plus but not required — candidates from other high-performing QSR or fast casual brands are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to relocate to the West Texas region
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assimilate into the organization and contribute immediately based on your experience and skillset
• Partner closely with the Owner/Operator and executive leadership team to achieve growth goals and uphold Chick-fil-A standards
• Lead restaurant teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence
• Drive sales, profitability, and team development across locations
• Full P&L accountability as you grow into expanded responsibility

Compensation:

• Base salary $90,000 to $150,000 (negotiable based on experience) with the opportunity to earn in excess of $200,000 with the right experience and ability to deliver results at a multi-unit level
