How you'll make an impact:

• Support day-to-day workflow so the team can respond to client needs without delays.
• Use the right tools, follow process steps, and handle routine service tasks with care.
• Help production and client service teammates by preparing accurate documents and keeping work organized.
• Support clients and teammates by phone, email, and written updates.
• Keep records, documents, and data accurate.
• Your work will help clients get clear, timely support.

About You:

• Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
• Behaviors: Ability to follow process steps and deadlines. Ability to create certificates, forms, communications, and reports in business systems. Able to manage more than one task at a time. Ability to work well with others and ask questions when you need support. Exceptional organizational skills Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
