- Schedule: Full-Time, No Call

- Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
- Average Patient Volume: 5 Inpatient / Clinic Patients Per Day
- Required Procedures: Ablations, ICDs, Pacemakers,
- Cardioversions, TEEs
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2 Weeks
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology (Required)
- Cardiology/Electrophysiology Fellowship (Required)
- Active Indiana License, IMLC, or Willing to Obtain
- Indiana License (Required)
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience (Required)
