If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applicationsTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager, Proposals & Sales Enablementlocated in Austin, TX.Reporting to the Director, Program Management,the Program Manager, Proposals & Sales Enablementwill support business proposal development and sales enablement activities for data center opportunities. This role will coordinate cross-functional inputs, synthesize technical and commercial information, and develop compelling customer-facing content that clearly articulates Flex’s value proposition.What a typical day looks like:Lead and coordinate customer proposal activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs are aligned.Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and synthesize technical, commercial, and operational information for proposals.Develop clear, compelling, customer-facing content, including presentations, proposal narratives, and sales enablement materials.Support data center business opportunities by helping structure messaging around why customers should partner with Flex.Interview internal subject matter experts to collect relevant information and translate it into concise, customer-ready content.Create and maintain proposal tools, templates, content libraries, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.Use data visualization, presentation skills, and business judgment to communicate complex information in a simple and impactful way.Track proposal actions, risks, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure successful execution.Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to support strong communication and alignment.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Proposal Management, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Development, or a related function.Experience creating customer-facing content, proposals, presentations, or commercial materials.Experience in data centers, technology, manufacturing, or other complex B2B environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling business narratives and executive-level presentations.Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate customer value propositions effectively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; as well as experience using AI tools.#LI-EA1EA42SS26AA01CH12MS14CC11EC37PF38JS21NV60FL75What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition Reimbursement Application Deadline:Applications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
