What You Will Do:

Build and manage an efficient and profitable service department. Responsible for quality repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles. Build and maintain work teams that consistently achieve business goals. : Manage an efficient and profitable service operation. Responsible for quality repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles; fixed right the first time. Ensure work performed by team members meets all dealership service satisfaction requirements. Assess and evaluate performance of team and individual technicians, provide solutions and support for performance issues. Provide training on administrative policies and procedures. Work to create greater efficiencies and effectiveness through planning and continual process improvement. Maintain proper documentation and records for all service work and customer transactions. Build and maintain work teams that consistently achieve business goals, employees succeed in their jobs and the dealership commitment to customer service the Karl Way is actively managed and supported

The Ideal Candidate Should:

• Be highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Possess strong time management skills
• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally
• Team oriented
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
• Prior managing experience preferred
• Have a valid and clean driving record
