Our agency is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of our success, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Retention Specialist to help us maintain and grow these relationships.

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, responding to inquiries, and providing behind-the-scenes service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

• Make personalized birthday calls to customers to strengthen relationships and enhance customer experience.
• Set appointments for policy reviews to ensure customers are up-to-date with their coverage and options.
• Review customer changes by managing service tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thank you calls for new business onboarding to welcome and engage new customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer text messages.
• Check and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
• Perform behind-the-scenes service work to support customer accounts and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient with phone, text, and email communication.
• Experience in customer service, retention, or insurance-related roles is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Seminole and St Pete, Florida.
• Our office is open M-F 9:00am-5:00pm.
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Vietnamese
