Salary & Schedule Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support Schedule: Flexible M–F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations Travel & Locations This role includes a variable regional travel requirement, estimated at 20%–50% per month depending on program needs. Telehealth services are provided, with primary travel to EMPOWER sites: New Bern Elizabeth City Ahoskie Greenville Morehead City Wilmington All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay, and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. What You’ll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences. Qualifications & Experience Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC Experience: 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred) 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred) Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems. Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings.
