Landscape / Concrete / Irrigation Laborer

Location: Lewiston, ID
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Must be flexible to work 10–11 hours)
Pay Rates: $18.50-22/hr (Entry-Level/Experienced Landscaping); $21–25/hr (Irrigation / Landscape Install, DOE); $24–25/hr (Concrete / Hardscape, DOE)

We are hiring hardworking Landscape, Concrete, and Irrigation Laborers to join a team specializing in commercial and residential landscaping, hardscaping, and concrete construction. This is a great opportunity for candidates of all experience levels—from entry-level general laborers to experienced installers—who enjoy working outdoors and want to build skills in the trades.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, and pruning
- Assist with or complete landscape installations (sod, hydroseed, plants, lighting, fencing)
- Support concrete and hardscape projects (excavation, grading, forming, pouring, finishing)
- Install irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Work on projects like retaining walls, pavers, patios, and outdoor living spaces
- Load, move, and organize materials; perform heavy labor tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe job site (no smoking on sites)
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR required
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor for full shifts
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Experience (varies by pay level)
- Entry-level: General labor or landscaping experience and landscape installation
- Mid-level: Irrigation, sprinkler, or landscape installation
- Skilled: Concrete work, excavation, grading, forming, pouring, finishing, hardscapes
