JOB DUTIES

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check-cashing transactions.

• Balance the cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Identify and report discrepancies promptly.

• Greet customers, listen to banking needs, and provide professional service.

• Promote and refer bank products and services when appropriate.

• Follow Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Protect the confidentiality and security of customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Cash-handling and customer-service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn Bank systems and procedures.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently with a team.
