What To Expect As a Paint Field Technical Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Paint application, Color matching, Paint Booth setup, troubleshooting, and Quality control. Your passion for the refinish repair process will be instrumental in driving excellence across all repair aspects. We are seeking an individual who possesses strong critical thinking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to effectively collaborate with technicians, site leaders, engineers, and senior leadership within Tesla.
