Finance Manager

Washington, District of Columbia, United States Full-Time | On-site We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. The Finance Manager will support executive leadership by providing accurate financial insights, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage budgets, monitor cash flow, analyze financial statements, supervise accounting teams, develop financial strategies, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. This position requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare financial reports and forecasts. Develop annual budgets. Monitor cash flow and expenses. Ensure compliance with accounting standards. Lead finance and accounting teams. Support strategic business planning. Conduct financial risk assessments.
