Maintenance Technician for Residential Property Management

Job Description This is a hybrid work from home position and you must live in Snohomish county. This job requires travel to Everett, Marysville, Shoreline, Mill Creek, Bothell, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, Woodinville, etc. About us: We are a family-owned, property management company looking for a motivated, full-time, maintenance technician (handy-man or handy-woman) who can work independently and confidently around Snohomish County. This position is full time at 40 hrs./week. Our portfolio comprises mostly of single-family homes, multi-plexes, and small apartment buildings. We are looking for an individual who is approachable with a professional mannerism and exception communication skills– someone who we can depend on to be accountable and reliable with problem solving skills. Relevant skills and experience : Candidates have the necessary skills and experience required for the job. This includes both technical and soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Positive attitude : Candidates maintain a positive attitude and are enthusiastic about their work. This can help create a positive work environment and improve team morale. Adaptability : Candidates will be able to adapt to new situations and be willing to learn new things. • Min. 2 years’ experience in residential property maintenance
• Fully tooled with hand and small power tools.
• Own a truck or van, SUV, licensed and insured.
• Live in SnohomishCounty.
• Be proficient with repair/replacement of electrical/plumbing fixtures.
• Home office w/ desktop computer/laptop, Windows 7 or later, MS Office, Google Suites.
• Smart phone and/or tablet.
• Be willing to climb on (shallow pitch) roofs and clean them. We vend out 4:12 pitch roofs.
• Crawl in attics or crawl spaces as needed.
• Administrative tasks including but not limited to time tracking, submitting work orders, uploading receipts, etc.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour DOE What can we offer?
