Data Privacy & Compliance Analyst

Hybrid: 3 days a week in-office

Base Salary: $83,000-$90,000

Location: Tampa, FL

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the firm’s privacy and data protection initiatives

• Conducting client risk assessments and data protection assessments

• Supporting data loss prevention efforts

• Conducting investigations and helping develop remediation plans

• Monitoring internal processes involving personal and sensitive information

• Assisting with privacy, compliance and emerging AI assessments

• Creating procedures and documentation for compliance initiatives

• Working with attorneys, clients and cross-functional teams

The firm is open to candidates from law firms, banking, consulting and other highly regulated industries. Previous law firm experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2–4+ years of relevant compliance experience

• Privacy or data protection experience

• Client risk assessment experience

• Data loss prevention experience

• Strong communication, research and analytical skills

Experience with GRC, AI privacy, iManage or certifications such as CIPP, CIPM or CCEP would be a plus.
