The Janitorial Worker plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across our facilities. This position primarily involves evening and night shifts and requires flexibility to work occasionally on weekends. The role involves working both independently and as part of a cleaning team, utilizing standard cleaning equipment to ensure all areas meet the company’s hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Use standard cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas during evening and night shifts
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to complete cleaning duties efficiently
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
• Occasionally work on weekends as required to support facility needs

• Entry-level experience in janitorial work
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Strong time management and attention to detail
