Description: Hotel Housekeeper Job Description

A hotel housekeeper is responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, organized, and welcoming. This role helps create a comfortable stay for guests by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and reporting any maintenance concerns.

Room turnover quota will be 25-30 minutes after you are fully trained.
Responsibilities
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
• Restock toiletries, tissues, and other room supplies.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management.
• Follow hotel safety and cleanliness standards.
• Respond politely to guest requests when needed.

Qualifications
• MUST BE SPANISH SPEAKING OR BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
• Attention to detail and good time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not always required.
• Professional and courteous attitude.

This is a long-term career opportunity that offers benefits, bonuses, and pay increases in 90 days based on performance. The typical raise is usually $1-$2 per hour/based on individual performance and attendance. Reviews are done on 3/6/and 12-month basis.


Uniforms will be provided. Must wear comfortable shoes for walking all day.


Hours are 8 am-4 pm - hotel is open 24/7, so you must be flexible to work various days as needed/set schedules may not always be available. Must also be able to work weekends as needed. You will be scheduled the weekend shifts and have a day off during the weekdays.
