Job Profile The bank is looking for a Residential Mortgage Branch Manager who will be responsible for directly supervising branch activities in originating, processing, and closing of mortgage loans to assist in maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff and by controlling expenses; participating in establishing specific goals for the branch; determining work procedures and expediting work flow; ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned employees; communicating with appropriate coworkers; providing periodic reports.
