Key Qualifications:

• Active Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (or eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

• Strong assessment, ventilation management, and patient education skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy interventions and assessments for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions
• Set up, operate, and monitor mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans
• Document all treatments and patient progress accurately
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapies and equipment
