Location: Fort Mill Rock Hill Tega Cay Indian Land and Lancaster (local travel required)

Important - This is a field-based role that requires in-person visits to healthcare facilities each week. If you prefer a remote or office-based position this role will not be a fit.

We are a locally owned agency focused on reliability strong partnerships and meaningful support for families and referral partners.

Position Overview

We are seeking a relationship-driven action-oriented professional to help us grow our presence in the community and build strong referral partnerships.

This is a part-time outside sales role focused on connecting with healthcare professionals and becoming a trusted local resource.

This role is relationship-basedbut success comes from consistent action in the field not behind a desk.

What Youll Do

  • Visit healthcare facilities weekly to introduce ameriCARE and build referral relationships
  • Connect with discharge planners nurses social workers administrators and community partners
  • Educate referral sources on when families benefit from non-medical home care
  • Represent ameriCARE as a reliable supportive partner in the community
  • Coordinate and participate in educational and engagement opportunities with facilities
  • Deliver marketing materials and maintain consistent visibility
  • Track outreach contacts and follow-ups in CRM
  • Follow up consistently to build trust and stay top-of-mind

  • Consistent weekly in-person visits ( non-negotiable )
  • New referral relationships established regularly
  • Strong follow-up habits and repeat touchpoints
  • Referral partners actively engaging and sending clients
  • Growing awareness of ameriCARE in your territory

Schedule

  • Part-time (1020 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be available for weekday daytime visits

Compensation

  • $25.00 per hour (based on experience and fit)
  • Performance-based bonuses:
  • $50 per new referral source established
  • $150 when a referral source sends their first client
  • $100 for each additional client from that source
  • $50 after 60 days of consistent service for referred client

**Opportunity for increased hourly rate based on performance and consistency

**Mileage reimbursement provided

Preferred Experience (Very Helpful Not Required)

  • Healthcare home care
  • Sales outreach or community relations
  • Experience interacting with seniors or healthcare teams
