Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking dedicated Warehouse and ProductionAssociates to join their team, as well as Equipment Operators. As a Warehouse and Production Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse and Forklift Roles Location: Washington, MO Pay Range: $18.50-$21per hour (dependent on role and shift) Shift: Multiple shifts available (First and Second Shift) What's the Job? Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and timely Assist in loading and hauling materials within the warehouse Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Support team members in daily warehouse operations and tasks Operate high rise forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (for certain positions) What's Needed? No prior experience required for warehouse associates; training provided Forklift experience required for Equipment Operator Roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable and punctual attendance Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends What's in it for me?
