As an Assisted Living Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the well-being and care of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care possible.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily operations of the assisted living department
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to caregivers and other team members
• Help ensure residents receive appropriate, compassionate, and individualized care
• Monitor staffing and assist with scheduling and coverage as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership
• Address residents and families concerns in a professinal and timely manner
• Monitor documantation and ensure required records are completed accurately and timely
• assist with staff training, orientation and performance management
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in assisted living or related healthcare setting preffered
• Previous supervisory or leadeship experience preffered
• Ability to manage care plans, medication administration, and memory care
• Experience with palliative care and care management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilties in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $51,370.00

Maximum Salary: $70,000.00
