Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing CNC machinery while ensuring products meet quality standards and production deadlines.

The ideal candidate has experience programming manufacturing equipment, interpreting technical drawings, troubleshooting machining issues, and working collaboratively with production personnel to maximize efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous CNC programming or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong understanding of machining processes and production workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Program and adjust CNC machine settings according to production requirements
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot programming or operational issues
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Optimize machine programs to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production and programming documentation
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience programming CNC manufacturing equipment
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC machining processes
• Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality control and precision measurement tools

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while wearing required PPE
