Work Remotely! Excellent WC Legal Assistant Needed! Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is seeking a full‑time Legal Assistant with workers’ compensation experience to join our team remotely. The Legal Assistant maintains a close professional relationship with attorneys and manages day‑to‑day activities. Candidates must reside in California. Base pay range: $24.00/hr – $35.00/hr Responsibilities Provides administrative and clerical support to attorneys and the Office Supervisor. Prepares correspondence and simple to moderately complex legal documents. Schedules medical appointments. Proofreads documents for spelling and grammar. Organizes and maintains files. Screens telephone calls and visitors. Reads and responds to mail. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. ABA‑approved paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree. At least two years of workers’ compensation experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Highly organized. Proficiency in Microsoft Word. Typing speed of 50 words per minute. Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality.
