Title Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Specialist Job Description Greet patients promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations using Open Dental software Verify insurance eligibility and process patient information accurately Implement and uphold practice policies and procedures Support team learning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk and waiting area Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with exceptional customer service Salary Range full-time $22 - $38 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
