Your Impact Analyze incoming system alerts to identify potential outages and initiate rapid remediation protocols to ensure service continuity. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and maintain high performance across the collaboration ecosystem. Coordinate change execution tasks to ensure system stability and security across global platforms. Identify recurring technical patterns to develop repeatable playbook processes that improve overall incident resolution speed. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide world‑class customer service while taking full ownership of tickets from initial report through final resolution. Minimum Qualifications Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Engineering‑related programs Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship. Demonstrated technical knowledge of networking fundamentals. Preferred Qualifications Possession of or active pursuit of CCNA certification. Hands‑on experience with Cisco collaboration platforms including Webex, CUCM, and Unity Connection. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or cloud‑based platforms. Proficiency in using ticketing or monitoring platforms like ServiceNow. Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, Bash) and the use of AI‑assisted development tools. Employees on sales plans earn performance‑based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non‑quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota‑based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non‑quota‑based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
