Outside Sales Representative

BNW Services is working with a family-owned distributor specializing in safety supplies, fall protection, abrasives, and grinders for the construction and industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for customer service and continuous innovation, this company helps clients cut costs and improve performance on job sites across the country.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join this growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-up via phone, email, and CRM
- Support the outside sales team with quoting and account management
- Prepare proposals, process orders, and track deliveries
- Provide product recommendations to meet client needs
- Maintain CRM records and manage key customer accounts
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (construction/industrial preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
- Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
