This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, conducting in-person consultations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with prospective buyers and sellers, identify their goals and priorities, and provide personalized solutions with confidence and professionalism. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through important decisions while creating a positive and memorable experience that leads to long-term relationships and referrals.

• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
• Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
• Set yourself apart from all others by the exceptional experience your sellers and buyers have working with you.
• Ask for referrals when the clients are the happiest with your service.
