This role partners closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to assist with special initiatives, business-as-usual activities, reporting, communications, and project coordination across the account. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams while supporting client-facing deliverables and operational priorities.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Supporting special initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) activities related to COE functionsManaging multiple assignments while following established project priorities and delivery timelinesAssisting program managers, senior analysts, and leadership teams with project coordination and operational supportPreparing reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverablesCoordinating team communications, engagement activities, and meeting materialsCollaborating with cross-functional account teams to support project and program needsEscalating questions or issues to COE leadership and program managers when appropriateSupporting ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives assigned by leadershipBuilding business knowledge and technical skills to support professional growth and team successDesired experience and technical skills:Bachelor's degree in any field; business, communications, or related disciplines preferred0–3 years of related professional or internship experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProfessionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationCollaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adaptAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environmentFamiliarity with commercial real estate, facilities management, or corporate services organizationsExperience with data entry, reporting, or presentation developmentExperience supporting projects, programs, or operational initiativesInterest in facilities management, real estate, or integrated corporate servicesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position: 55,000.00 – 68,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
