Human Resources Manager's Assistant

Human Resources Manager's AssistantAptus Health Care is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager's Assistant to provide support to our HR department with a variety of administrative tasks. In this position, you will play a role in recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and the maintenance of employee records. You will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in job fairs and contribute to enhancing employee morale through team-building activities. You will also be responsible for following up on patient reviews and addressing grievances, along with other tasks as required.Join us in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our team in their professional development!
