In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, carrier selection, tracking updates, and coordination of daily warehouse shipping activities.Job DetailsContract-to-Hire, Full-time Opportunity100% On-Site in Chanhassen, MNMonday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Pay: $21–$23/hour (DOE)THE RIGHT STAFF offers healthcare, vacation, and referral bonusesKey ResponsibilitiesReview daily shipping schedules and prepare outgoing orders based on pick lists and production requirementsBuild, package, and label shipments to ensure safe and professional deliveryVerify order accuracy by confirming all items are included prior to shipmentProcess outgoing shipments through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight servicesSelect cost-effective shipping methods when not pre-determinedEnter and maintain accurate shipping data, including carrier, tracking numbers, shipping dates, and costsUpdate proprietary systems, spreadsheets, and logistics databases with shipment activityPrepare pallets, stage outbound materials, and assist with truck loading as neededPerform basic administrative and reporting functions related to shipping and inventory movementCollaborate with internal teams including sales coordination, deployment, and accountingMaintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environmentSupport receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations as neededMinimum Requirements1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred (relevant experience may be substituted)Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems and basic logistics procedures preferredAbility to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred (certification a plus)Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and verify ordersExcellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentTechnical proficiency with computers, shipping systems, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, databases); MS Dynamics–Solomon experience a plusStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and learn quicklyDependable, reliable, and consistent attendance is required as an essential function of the roleEffective communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishAbility to work independently while also supporting team-based warehouse operationsAPPLY NOW!Send your resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io position requires a background check.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.THE RIGHT STAFF is committed to helping candidates succeed by matching talent with the best opportunities and work environments.
