• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce exceptional diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging apparatus while promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records within the electronic medical records system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Needed

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
