Order Processing Representative

Order Processor Location: Employment Type: Full-Time Join a Team That Keeps Operations Moving We are partnering with a growing Knoxville-area company seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to support daily order management and customer fulfillment activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring order accuracy. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through fulfillment Review orders for completeness and verify pricing, quantities, and shipping information Enter and maintain order data within the company's ERP or order management system Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order status and updates Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and product-related questions Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer files Assist with inventory inquiries and reporting as needed Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned 4+ years of experience in order processing, customer service, administrative support, or a related role ~ Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook ~ Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferred ~ High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or wholesale environments Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, or similar platforms Strong understanding of order fulfillment and inventory processes If you're a highly organized professional who enjoys supporting customers and ensuring orders are processed accurately from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
