2nd Shift - General Production Positions

Positions Available: Full-Time, 2nd Shift Production Positions . For the person who would like to be "hands-on" in making custom cabinetry but may not know precisely what position they are looking for - this is the job posting for you! After being interviewed, the production management team will assess your skills and interests and make a match with Crestwood's available production positions. Positions could vary from machine operation, building (face frames, drawers, cabinetry), finish (sanding, staining, glazing, booth operators, hand sprayers) to adding accessory items, packaging, and loading trucks. Helpful Background: Experience with teamwork, good communication, proven good attendance, and attention to detail. Preferred Background: Developed skills with mixing and making finishes, product assembly from detailed drawings, carpentry skills, measurement skills in linear and metric, and CNC machine operation.

Wages: $19.75 / Hour ($17.75 Base Pay + $2.00 / Regular Hour Attendance Incentive). After the 60-day Training Period, Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay. Add more Certification Pay (Up to $2.00 / hour) as new skills are obtained. Additional Growth: Technical Pay with skilled positions. Production Incentive Pay is based on specific numbers being achieved in production. Production Incentive Pay ranges from $0.75 to $3.88 / regular hour. Production Incentives are also paid for overtime hours.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM. (2nd Shift)
*Fridays may be scheduled according to production needs. Potential 4 - 8 hours if scheduled on Fridays.

Requirements:

• On-the-job training for candidates willing to learn with no experience.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process
• Communicate verbally and in written form .
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Follow safety requirements
• Desire to build quality cabinetry
• Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
• A desire to learn and retain information
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Able to remain stationary for long periods
• Willing to learn wood species, finishes (stains and paints), and cabinet parts for assembly.

• Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment
• Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule
• Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards

• Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
