Develop process diagrams, user stories, business rules and functional documentation. Create and maintain current-state/future-state process maps and SOPs. Prepare UAT test cases, document results and coordinate issue resolution. Support implementation, training and change-management activities. Collaborate with program teams, senior analysts, technical teams and vendors. Support modernization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
