Valley-Wide Health Systems is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide strategic and operational clinical leadership across our integrated healthcare organization. The CMO will oversee clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and physician leadership while collaborating across departments to advance Valley-Wide's mission of delivering accessible, high-quality care to the communities we serve.

Salary: $221,751.78 - $300,000.00 annually
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain licensure
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty required
- Substantial clinical and progressive leadership experience within healthcare environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience leading physicians and interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Experience in community health, integrated care, rural healthcare, FQHC, or nonprofit healthcare settings preferred
