Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Home Health Location: Grants Pass, OR Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Position Type: Field-based We’re seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values independence, meaningful patient relationships, and a consistent weekday schedule.
