Night Order Selector - (Entry Level Warehouse) Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is the tenth largest foodservice distributor in the nation. We operate in a high‑intensity, high‑transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food‑away‑from‑home customers in Texas and New Mexico from five distribution centers. Responsibilities Safely and accurately select cases in the freezer (0–10 °F) using voice technology and an electric tugger. Maintain a fast pace while meeting high standards of quality. Qualifications Entry level – no experience required; training and career development provided. Prior experience in warehouse work, order selection, manufacturing, construction, general labor, landscaping, shipping and receiving, or any hands‑on role is a plus. Must bring a valid state‑issued ID or driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical exam. Schedule Sunday from 3 p.m. to finish. Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to finish. Benefits $1,000 sign‑on bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days) – limited time. Incentive‑based salary paid per case; top performers earn up to $70,000 annually, with no commission caps. Weekly pay. Referral bonus up to $1,500 (offered once employed).
