Job Description
Title
Night Shift Travel RN - ICU

Schedule
36 hours/week - every Friday night, every Saturday night, plus one additional night per week

Assignment Details
- Patient population: Adults / Geriatrics; Trauma, Burn, Surgical, Transplant, neuro/medical overflow
- Shift: Nights

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
- Trauma Level II experience: Required
- Preferred: Surgical ICU / Trauma ICU / Burn ICU / Transplant ICU experience
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Valid Ohio license required at time of submission (compact or state license in hand)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to patients in an intensive care unit setting.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Strict credentialing deadline: All documentation required urgently - strict deadline.
- Fingerprinting: Must be completed immediately after contract signing; out-of-state candidates within driving distance must travel for fingerprinting.
- References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager/director.
- Current employees of the facility are ineligible; former employees are eligible after 6+ months.
