General Manager (Charleys Cheesesteak & Sbarro)

LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced Dual General Manager to oversee the daily operations of both Charleys Cheesesteaks and Sbarro . This is an exciting opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who excels in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do

• Provide overall leadership for both the Charleys Cheesesteaks and Sbarro restaurants.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring exceptional food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members.
• Manage scheduling, labor, food cost, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Analyze business performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture across both restaurants.
• Build strong teams while maintaining high employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with travel center leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment.
• Multi-unit or multi-concept management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
