We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking Class A CDL Drivers to join our Cincinnati team! Key Responsibilities

• Hauling & Delivery: Transport blacktop, concrete, and aggregate materials safely to active job sites throughout Greater Cincinnati.
• Equipment Care: Perform required daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety, compliance, and peak operational performance.
• Crew Collaboration: Partner closely with on-site paving crews for precise unloading and assist with ground tasks when the truck is stationary.
• Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily logs, job site documentation, and keep your vehicle clean and professional.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (no major restrictions).
• Proven commercial driving experience ( manual transmission capability required).
• Prior dump truck or asphalt/paving delivery experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort navigating active construction zones and handling standard load/unload procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and driven by a strong team-first attitude.
