Full job description
We’re looking for a Lead Montessori Teacher who:
- Has a genuine love for children
- Has Montessori education, training, and/or hands-on teaching experience
- Has a proactive attitude
- Can hold the attention of a group of children during circle time
- Can show presentations for new Montessori materials
- Values teaching children independence through consistent daily routines— washing hands, circle time and songs, serving the table, cleaning up, and caring for their environment
- Willing to Close the school
- Brings patience, calm, and kindness to the classroom every day
- Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Certification, or related field (required).
- ECE Units are required
- Experience in a Montessori or early childhood classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for nurturing young learners’ natural curiosity and independence.
-Clearance of TB and Live scan fingerprints
